The content of this website describes the Annual Property Management service in general terms. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, engineering, investment or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for individual professional advice regarding a specific property or situation.
2. No offer or contract
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. The service, its scope and the applicable fee are agreed individually in writing. This website does not process payments and does not create accounts or subscriptions.
3. Pricing and additional costs
The annual fee of €400 plus VAT per property per year, being €496 including VAT, covers the management service described. Third-party costs are charged separately and are not included. VAT is shown at the rate currently applicable in Greece and may change if the statutory rate changes.
4. Response commitment
The twelve-hour commitment concerns acknowledgement of and response to the owner's communication only. It does not guarantee that a matter will be resolved within twelve hours. Resolution depends on the nature of the matter and on the availability of technicians, building managers, public authorities and other third parties.
5. Owner Portal imagery
Any depiction of the Metropolis Owner Portal on this website is illustrative. It contains no real owner, tenant, financial or document data. Portal access is provided separately to clients with an active Annual Property Management service.
6. Complimentary periods and eligibility
Where a complimentary or introductory period is mentioned, eligibility and duration are subject to individual confirmation in writing and are not promised or guaranteed by this website.
7. Third-party coordination
Where required, Metropolis can coordinate lawyers, accountants, engineers, notaries, technicians and contractors on the owner's behalf. Such professionals act under their own professional responsibility and their fees are payable by the owner.
8. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Content may be changed without notice.
